Questions we get asked

Do I need any boxing experience?

No. Most of our members started from scratch. Every class is adapted to each person's level, and Pablo corrects your technique personally.

What language are the classes in?

In our classes we speak one language: boxing. Nothing more is needed. You learn by watching, copying and practising, and Pablo shows you every move himself.

How much does it cost?

A trial or single class costs €5, deducted if you join the same month. Monthly membership is €50 with unlimited classes (from age 10), and €35 for children aged 5 to 10.

Do I have to spar?

No. Sparring is always optional. On Tuesdays we also run a defence-focused class for those who prefer not to spar.

What should I bring?

Comfortable sportswear, trainers, water, a towel and your own hand wraps. We lend you gloves for your trial class.

Are classes mixed?

Yes. Women and men train together in the same classes, with the same standards and with respect.
